Design specifications
Your files must meet the following requirements:
File formats
With your order or quote request you can upload files such as images, photos, vector files and fonts. Logos preferably in vector file (such as AI, PDF, EPS). Photos and raster images with a minimum resolution of 150 DPI.
Fonts
Always send your used fonts along. Or change text in your design to letter outlines/outlines.
Colors
Design your files with CMYK colors and if applicable with PMS colors, not in RGB. This allows us to match the colors of the prints as closely as possible to your corporate identity.

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the options chosen, such as printing, packaging and stock. The expected delivery time is shown on each product page after all necessary options have been chosen.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is € 4,95 excl. VAT per order, regardless of the quantity ordered. Please contact us for shipping rates outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

Do I have to pay to use Tile?
There are no subscription fees for using the Tile. The Tile app can be downloaded for free from the app store.

Which devices are compatible with Tile?
Apple devices
If you have an iOS device running iOS 13 or later, the Tile is compatible with:
- iPhone 6s or later
- iPad (Normal, Pro and Mini)
- Apple Watch Series 2 or laterNote: iPhone 5S and iPhone SE (1st generation) are compatible with the Tile app, but the screen size is not officially supported. Visual limitations may occur on the screen, but the app will continue to support all functions.
Android devices
If you have an Android device running Android 8.0 or newer, Tile officially supports:
- Google Pixel/ XL One or newer
- Samsung Galaxy S6 or newer
- Samsung Note 8 or newer
- OnePlus 3 or newer
- Nexus 5x or newerIf your Android device is not listed, we have not tested it with the Tile app. If your device is running Android 8.0 or newer and supports Bluetooth 4.0, Tile is likely to work with your device, but we can't guarantee it will work perfectly.

While you can access your Tile account on a computer or laptop, Tile works best on the mobile app.

How can I preview a Tile with my logo/print?
You will always receive a digital sample of the Tile with your logo or other design without obligation, regardless of whether you place an order or request a quote. You can upload files during the order or inquiry or send it to us afterwards via email (sales@tilepromo.com) or a service such as wetransfer.com. You will often receive a free design via email within the same business day.

Do you have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. If you as a business customer are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it for mediation to Thuiswinkel (via www.thuiswinkel.org).
